Our inspection process identifies and documents areas of major deficiency and conditions in the structural and systems related areas of a home that is being purchased, sold, or being made market ready.  Our report package also provides information and tips on items relating to "typical" homeowner maintenance.

We offer an inspection service that identifies warranty related items in a new home approaching the end of the builder's one-year warranty period.   The warranty inspection is done based on standards as established by ASHI® and nationally recognized third-party builder's warranty companies.

We also offer an inspection package that identifies deficiencies and "punch-out" items for new homes under construction.

We perform inspections on all residential structures including multi-family units up to and including 4 (four) dwelling units.

WDO/Termite Inspections can be coordinated with one of our State Certified & Licensed Pest Control subcontractors.
